-
Body
St. Joseph’s Exercise Room is stocked with exercise equipment designed specifically for older adults. More important, a physical therapy assistant from the St. Francis Memorial Hospital Rehabilitation department is here twice a week to lead group exercises. Improving balance, upper body strength and walking are just a few of the areas with which the physical therapy assistant can help.
-
Mind
When you live at St. Joseph’s Retirement Community, our hospitality areas provide you with many opportunities for socializing and entertainment. Socializing with family and friends can help to improve the health of the elderly and may keep depression at bay. Our varied activity calendar will make your day zip by!
-
Soul
We know many elderly people may stop attending worship services because it may become too difficult to leave their homes. We are blessed to be able to offer daily Catholic Mass here in our beautiful Chapel. Monsignor Mel Wiese is our in-house Chaplain and daily Mass celebrant. In addition, St. Paul Lutheran Church, West Point, and Grace Lutheran Church, West Point, provide monthly services in our Chapel.
