    The HR Director provides leadership and support for all human resources functions within St. Joseph’s Elder Services. This role oversees employee relations, hiring and onboarding, compliance, benefits, and staff development, while working closely with leadership to support a positive and caring workplace culture.

  • Part-time, Afternoon/Evening Shift
    The Activities Assistant helps plan and lead meaningful activities that support the social, emotional, and physical well-being of our residents. This role works closely with the activities team to encourage participation, build relationships, and create a fun and engaging environment. Candidates must be a CNA or be willing to obtain CNA certification within four months of hire. This is a part-time position working primarily afternoon and evening shifts and includes a weekend rotation.

  • Part-time or Full-time, All Shifts
    The Nurse (RN or LPN) delivers skilled nursing care to residents, including medication administration, assessments, and care coordination. This role works closely with the care team to ensure residents receive compassionate, high-quality care.

  • Part-time or Full-time, All Shifts
    The CNA provides direct care and support to residents, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, mobility, and personal care. This position is essential to maintaining resident comfort, dignity, and safety.

  • Part-time or Full-time, All Shifts
    The Dietary Cook prepares nutritious, home-style meals that meet residents’ dietary needs and preferences. This role follows established menus and food safety guidelines while working as part of a team to provide high-quality meals for our residents.

  • Part-time or Full-time, All Shifts
    The Dietary Aide supports our dietary team by assisting with meal preparation, tray delivery, and dining room service for our residents. This role plays an important part in ensuring meals are served safely, accurately, and with care.
